  1. This is a pretty good list! I haven’t played a lot of the classics, so this gives me some to check out! Here’s my top 5!

    1. Baldur’s Gate 3 (it’s sooooooo good)
    2. 7 Days to Die
    3. Doom Eternal
    4. Minecraft (I know…)
    5. Final Fantasy 7 Rebirth

    1. It’s awesome to hear we’ve piqued your interest in some older titles! Every one of these games is awesome, but based on your list we think you’d really enjoy Battlefield 2 a lot! It’s a little tricky to get it setup since EA and GameSpy disabled the servers. Thankfully, the community has revived it! Check out this post from S_h_a_r_k_93 on the lost-soldiers forums for instructions to get it up and running!

It’s free, and really fun, even by today’s standards!

Also, your list rocks! Thanks for sharing, and good luck on your gaming adventures!

  2. I absolutely LOVE Super Metroid. I remember getting it for Christmas when I was a kid. My brother and I fought over who could play first as soon as we unwrapped it! We both were grounded and my dad took the SNES away for a week… Lesson learned, I guess… lol

I’ll have to call him up and ask him if he wants to come over and play it again. I still have the SNES!

    1. Haha! Lesson learned, indeed! Definitely call your brother – it’s fun even watching someone else play! It’s awesome you guys still have the SNES from when you were kids!

Thanks for sharing, and happy gaming!

  3. Good list. Picking my top 5 of all time is kinda hard, but I’ll do my best.

    1. World of Warcraft
    2. Final Fantasy XIV
    3. Guild Wars 2
    4. Elder Scrolls Online
    5. Star Citizen

    1. We see you, MMO fan. (great name by the way!)

We love them too! Star Citizen is especially awesome, although it gets a little frustrating dealing with the server instability sometimes. But we’re really excited to dive into 3.23 later this year!

Thanks for sharing your list, and have a -massively- awesome time with your games! >_>

  4. This isn’t easy to do because there’s just so many but i’ll give it a shot.

    1. World of Warcraft
    2. Super Mario World
    3. Donkey Kong Country 2: Diddy’s Kong Quest
    4. Twisted Metal: Black
    5. Crash Team Racing

  7. I just started playing Golden Sun for the first time on the Miyoo Mini Plus, and I have to say it was way ahead of it’s time! Thank you for the recommendation.

    1. We couldn’t agree more! Nice hardware by the way. The Miyoo is such a cool little handheld. Maybe we’ll post a ranked list of our favorite handheld gaming devices next!

Thanks for dropping us a line!
